Cancellation Policy
Our cancellation policy requires clients to provide at least 24 hours' notice for appointment cancellations or rescheduling. Failure to do so may result in a cancellation fee. For a no show you will be charged 50% of your service. We understand emergencies may arise, and exceptions can be made on a case-by-case basis. Your understanding and cooperation are appreciated in maintaining a smooth scheduling process for all clients.
